Our one-day garage system is full solid polyaspartic top to bottom — a solid polyaspartic base coat, decorative flake, and a solid polyaspartic topcoat — built for hot tires, road salt and Ontario freeze-thaw, and it all starts with mechanical diamond grinding so the coating bonds for good.

We mechanically diamond-grind the slab with state-of-the-art Husqvarna equipment, then fill cracks and control joints — the step most coatings skip and the reason ours last.

A full solid polyaspartic base coat in your colour, with decorative vinyl flake broadcast to refusal — a seamless, slip-resistant surface.

Can you really finish my garage in one day?
Yes — the Polyaspartic/Flake system is built for it. We grind and coat in a single visit; you can usually walk on it within hours and park on it the next day. Larger or badly damaged slabs may need extra prep time, which we’ll flag in your quote.
Will it handle hot tires and Ontario winters?
That’s exactly what it’s designed for. The polyaspartic topcoat is hot-tire-rated, UV-stable and resistant to road salt and freeze-thaw, so it won’t peel, lift or yellow like big-box DIY kits.
Can you coat over an old or peeling epoxy floor?
In most cases, yes. We mechanically grind off failing coatings and assess the slab first — sound concrete underneath means we can re-prep and re-coat properly.
How long does the warranty last?
The Polyaspartic/Flake garage system is backed by a written 5-year warranty. We’re a fully insured, WSIB-covered, XPS-certified owner-operator, so the person quoting the job is the person standing behind it.
